Harmony Concierge Nursing Services Jamaica provides professional post-operative nursing care for patients in Jamaica, coordinated under the clinical guidance and supervision of licensed medical doctors within the surgical field. Our services are designed to support patient recovery and ensure continuity of care in accordance with HIPAA and all applicable Jamaican healthcare regulations.

Services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals supervised by medical doctors within the surgical field, in accordance with Jamaican healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards.
Our services are available to patients, healthcare providers, and families who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website or scheduling services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Information submitted through our contact and scheduling forms will be used solely to coordinate care and communicate with you about our services. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Harmony Concierge Nursing Services Jamaica is committed to protecting patient privacy and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All patient health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy. We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information (PHI). Your use of our services constitutes your acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
All nursing care is provided by licensed professionals operating under the clinical guidance and supervision of medical doctors within the surgical field. We coordinate closely with your treating physician or healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care. Our nurses maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to all applicable nursing standards of care in Jamaica. We are not liable for treatment decisions made by your primary healthcare provider or surgeon.
Service scheduling is subject to nurse availability and must be coordinated in advance through our scheduling form or direct communication. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times. Services may include overnight stays, wound care, medication administration, meal preparation, companionship, new mother support, and coordination of additional services such as physical therapy, massage therapy, IV administration, and transportation. All services are provided in coordination with your healthcare provider's treatment plan.
Payment for services is due as agreed upon in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods. You are responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered. Payment terms, rates, and deposit requirements will be communicated prior to service delivery. Insurance coordination may be available depending on your coverage. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services, and outstanding balances may be subject to collection.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to cancellation fees. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for prepaid services are handled individually and must be requested in writing to teamdrswaby@gmail.com.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. Harmony Concierge Nursing Services Jamaica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your healthcare provider's treatment decisions or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content, educational materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and in our communications are the property of Harmony Concierge Nursing Services Jamaica or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. Educational materials provided to you (such as surgical care guides) are for your personal use only.
We may coordinate with or refer you to third-party service providers including physical therapists, massage therapists, IV specialists, transportation services, meal delivery, and accommodation providers. We are not responsible for the services, pricing, or conduct of these third parties. Any agreements with third-party providers are between you and the provider. We encourage you to review their terms and policies independently.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, conduct that endangers our staff or violates professional standards, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease use of our services and any outstanding payments become immediately due. We will coordinate appropriate transfer of care information to your healthcare provider as needed.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Harmony Concierge Nursing Services Jamaica.
Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately (110 in Jamaica or your local emergency number). Our nurses will assist in coordinating emergency care as appropriate, but emergency medical services should always be contacted first in life-threatening situations.
